"Kryo" - the Greek word for "cold", which is also in cryogenics - indicates that the Kryonaut thermal paste is specifically for low temperature applications - It was developed for the true "cryonauts" among the "extreme overclockers".
Kryonaut uses a special carrier structure, which even at 80 ° C does not begin any drying processes. This carrier structure ensures that the contained nano-aluminum and Znk oxide parts of the paste combine optimally and thus unevenness of the heat carrier (e.g. the CPU) and a heat sink (e.g. heat sink) are optimally compensated with outstanding thermal conductivity.
